My partner and I recently stayed at M Social in Auckland and were blown away by their generosity and hospitality. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful suite as we were celebrating a significant occasion. The staff were so kind and left a handwritten card welcoming us. The rooms were very clean, great location, and the views of Auckland harbour were stunning!

I had seven nights in a beautiful corner room with a great view. Gym pretty good for a hotel, also it has washing machines and dryers available. Really well located for restaurants and bars, and next door to an excellent food court if you are on a budget, want speed or happen to prefer that if you are eating alone like me. The best bit was the fabulous breakfast. It can be very crowded if a cruise ship is leaving and passengers are overnighting in the hotel. Loads of free films to watch too.
Harbour view from 11th floor brilliant. Room decor and facilities very good. Staff on reception very helpful. Breakfast okay but not 4 star standard, coffee terrible and only instant decaf available unless you paid $5 for a small cup. Location fantastic right by the restaurants and bars. In all a good hotel
Viking booked this hotel for us, where we stayed for two nights prior to sailing. The location was perfect, everything within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The area is safe, bustling with activities and people. The hotel is great: has a good selection of food for breakfast, personnel at the reception were attentive and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. In one of the mornings, we had a super early tour and couldn’t make it to the dining room for breakfast, but the hotel provided us with a take out breakfast which was delivered by a robot. So cute!!! My only “complaint” is the mattress and the pillow in our room; the mattress was too soft (for my taste), and both mornings I woke up with a sore neck. Other than that, the hotel is great!
I absolutely love this hotel. It is elegant, modern, clean, beautiful, well situated, very convenient to get to places from this hotel. Hotel staff are just amazing. The receptionist bent over backwards beyond her call of duty to help me with lots of issues and I am immensely grateful to her for her cheerful, reliable and reassuring assistance. Thank you so much. Great rooms and location. Great prices. The hotel really messed up with adding another night due to cancelled flight, but eventually they made it right. Took way too much work to get there, but I was happy with the outcome. Sophia at the restaurant butterfly was great.
I have to say, this is one of the best stays I have had in a hotel, and a lot of that was to do with the service, as well as location, and amenities.

Very clean & modern hotel with excellent customer service!! Great amenities, including gym and Smart TV, with a wonderful restaurant in the lobby. We stayed at 6 different hotels during our travels in NZ and M Social was the best experience hands down. Location is very close to the ferry & nice shopping centers. Highly recommend!
We loved our 2 stay night at M Social Auckland, I wish we had booked for longer. Fantastic location, walk to everything and right next to the harbour. Service was great, staff all very helpful and friendly. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be back.
Clean and quiet. Several odd design choices in the room. Fabulous service- personable and accommodating.yummy breakfast and amazing harbor views. Art choices very pleasing. Easy to get to and near many many good restaurants. Great concierge services.
